Storytelling through collage.

In this relaxing art lesson, you will gather papers and materials that you have on hand. Gather vintage paper, old letters, envelopes, fragments of past artwork, scraps of fabric, embroidery thread, old sketches, ink, and a little paint.

The idea is not to buy anything but challenge yourself to create with all the beautiful bits and pieces you have collected or save for a special project.

I will share my favorite collage, stitching, and sketching techniques through this 40-minute lesson—a perfect art project for when you have an hour to yourself.

Enjoy!
